Shipping policy
Returning items at Mirusi is easy: you can return your purchase at the nearest post office and participating tobacconists. Simply send an email to help.Mirusi@hotmail.com and we will give you all the instructions for the return.
We ask that you return the item to us within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order (or from the time it was ready for collection).
RETURNING AN ITEM FOR A REFUND
We also know that sometimes it happens that you are not satisfied with your purchase and all we want is to get the amount spent back. As long as the item is still in its original condition, we accept the return of items according to the following rules.
For items returned within 30 days from the day the package was delivered or ready for collection, the full amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.
The cost of return shipping is to be borne entirely by the applicant. If an exchange is made, shipping costs remain our responsibility.
We undertake to refund you the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the item at our warehouse.
If you intend to request a refund within the above timeframes but are unable to make the return for any reason, please contact us and keep in mind that in this case the refund will be at our sole discretion.
WHAT ABOUT THE TIME PERIODS?
We do not accept returns of unwanted items returned after the above timeframes. If you send a return after the prescribed timeframe, we may have to refuse it.
SHIPPING NOTE
The return remains the responsibility of the sender until it arrives at our warehouse, so always ask for the shipping receipt of your return in case we need to see it later (it is free at the post office and other centers).
ORIGINAL CONDITIONS
The hygiene and safety of all our customers is our top priority and for this reason there are some important rules to follow.
It is of course perfectly fine to try on an item as you would in a store, but we ask you to stop using it. If an item is returned damaged, with signs of use or in an unsuitable condition, a refund is not possible and we may have to send the item back (and ask you to cover the shipping costs). All returned items are thoroughly checked upon arrival at the warehouse.
All returned items must be returned in their original packaging.
RESPONSIBILITY
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. Please pack them carefully to avoid damage during transport.
For the same reason, you should always get a receipt for your return in case you need to present it later (this is free at the post office and other authorized locations).

ADDITIONAL NOTES
Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
If you are returning items from different orders, please send them in separate packages, separating the items for each order.
We will refund the price you paid to the account originally used for purchase (this also applies to clearance items). The amount will be available back in your account within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of the refund.
